Gregg

I started in photography in the 9th grade. I worked in 35mm film for years and moved on to medium format. I spent countless hours and rolls of film learning the technical aspects of capturing moments. I went on to work for hours in the darkroom printing my images. From family events, vacation landscapes and wildlife shots, I learned the techniques that I use on the court and field today.

I had put down the camera to raise a family, but as my kids got more and more into sports I found that my phone camera was disappointing me regularly. I knew how to do this, but I was at the limit of my phone camera's ability. I traded in my film gear to go digital and haven't looked back.

I find great joy in capturing images of action for my children and their teammates. But I have a secret, sometimes I leave the camera home just to enjoy the moment.

We spend a lot of time and energy on youth sports. We take them and pick them up from practice. We pay for clinics and instruction. We want them to see themselves the way we do, in action, in the competition, succeeding in concentration and effort. But sometimes taking the photos yourself diminishes that joy and takes you out of the moment. That's where a photographer can help. I take the time to capture the moment for you. So you can print the photo, so you can share it but most of all so that your children can, for a moment, see themselves as you see them.

Varsity Football Action Shot

How do you want spend the game?

Hiring someone to capture the action and the candid moments of your youth athlete frees you to become immersed in the game. It provides you with the shots you wish you could get and the quality to make gallery prints for your home, office or album as well as sharing with family and friends on social media.

Creating memorable action shots for your family.

Creating images for your family home and albums can be a great way to show your support of your child's efforts on the field and court. These images will become a part of their story that they can show to their children, and look back on fondly remembering their time on the team.
